WFG University
WFG University is an associate's source for inspiration, motivation, education and leadership training. In addition to training seminars scheduled throughout the year, the WFG University section of the associate's intranet includes speech archives, training modules and other tools that can help associates move their businesses to the next level.

QMD Academy
When an associate is promoted to Qualified Marketing Director (QMD), he/she is invited to QMD Academy at the WFG Executive Headquarters. At this intensive three-day training program, the QMD learns leadership and business building skills as well as strategies that can help him/her to continue to grow his/her team and business.

World Financial Group Convention


WFG Convention of Champions is four days of dynamic training sessions and workshops covering topics such as leadership, business building, products and more that are designed to help the newest associate and the seasoned field leader alike. In addition, the convention invites some of the top motivational speakers on the circuit, from diverse backgrounds including sports, business and the military.
